Who we are
Altus Commercial (a trading name; "we", "us", "our") operates altus-consultancy.com from the United Kingdom. We are the data controller for personal information collected via this website. The single point of contact for privacy questions and data-subject requests is hello@altus-consultancy.com.
What we collect
We only collect information you voluntarily provide through our contact form: your name, email address, company name, and message. We do not set cookies on this site. If you have accepted analytics in the consent banner, we load Vercel Analytics, which records aggregate, cookieless metrics (page views, referrers, country) and does not identify individual visitors. You can change your consent at any time by clearing your browser's site data for altus-consultancy.com.
How we use your data
Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your enquiry. Submissions are processed by Formspree, Inc. (United States), our form handler, and forwarded to us by email. We do not add you to any mailing list unless you explicitly opt in. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing.
Legal basis (UK GDPR)
We rely on Article 6(1)(f) — legitimate interests — to process contact-form submissions, on the basis that you have proactively contacted us to receive a reply. If we ever rely on consent for another purpose, we will ask explicitly and let you withdraw that consent at any time.
International transfers
Formspree is based in the United States. Personal data you submit through the contact form is transferred to and processed in the United States. We rely on the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as the safeguard for that transfer. You can review Formspree's privacy policy and DPA at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
Data retention
Contact form submissions are retained only as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and for a reasonable follow-up period (typically up to 24 months). You can request earlier deletion at any time.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of any personal data we hold about you, and the right to data portability. To exercise these rights, email hello@altus-consultancy.com. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
